Marriage Equality Act (signed by the Queen on 26 June 2015)
- This law was passed with 132 votes pro, 93 against.
- Defines marriage as the union between two people, based on the highest ideals of love, respect, fidelity, devotion and sacrifice.
- Same-sex marriages are lawful.
- Adoptions by same-sex couples are lawful.
Greater Autonomy for Northern Epirus (signed by the Queen on 21 June 2015)
- This law was passed with 174 votes pro, 44 against.
- It gives greater autonomy to the region of Northern Epirus (located in the southern parts of the New Albania).
Anti-Terrorism Act.
- This act was passed with 221 votes pro (signed by the Queen on 21 June 2015)
- It helps prevent terrorist attacks in the country, giving greater autonomy to the institution of the Albanian Intelligence Service (AIS), approving new questioning methods for suspected terrorists and it is followed by the publication of a 'Terrorist organisations list'.
- Members of this organizations are considered as terrorists and all Albanian citizens participating in other foreign terrorist organizations will lose the Albanian citizenship.
